Free shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and delivered 10–20 business days after dispatch, about 12–25 business days in total. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
1. Where we ship
HAVLIN currently ships to addresses in the United States, Canada and Australia. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders unless we confirm it with you in writing.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed from the next business day. During sales, holidays and peak seasons, processing may take longer.
3. Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, so most orders arrive 12–25 business days after you order. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to start updating. Your parcel usually travels under an international tracking number first and is then handed to a local carrier (for example USPS in the US), which may issue its own number for the last leg. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
6. Shipping address
If you notice a mistake in your address, email irene.ecom1998@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once an order has been processed. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.
7. Lost, late or damaged
If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will reship it or refund you in full, at your choice. Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
