You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
1. Return conditions
The set must be unused, complete (harness, collar, leash and bag holder) and in its original packaging, with your order number.
2. Wrong size
If the set does not fit your dog, contact us and we will help you exchange it for a different size or issue a refund. Exchanges depend on stock.
3. How to start a return
Email irene.ecom1998@gmail.com with your order number, the item, the reason and a photo. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please use a tracked service.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
Report a damaged, defective or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost, and you will not need to send the item back.
6. Refunds
We inspect returns usually within 5 business days, then issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed for shipping yet.
