Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest part, just behind the front legs, then match it to the chart. Chest matters more than weight. Our size guide has the full chart in inches and centimeters.

My dog is between two sizes. Which one should I pick?
If the chest is near the top of a range, choose the larger size and tighten the straps. If you are still unsure, email us your dog's chest and neck measurements and breed, and we will suggest a size.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for another size or refund it. Items need to be unused. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. See our refund policy.
How tight should the harness be?
You should be able to slide two fingers flat under each strap, and no more. We explain the full check in How to Fit a Dog Harness So Your Dog Can't Back Out of It.
The set
What's included?
Each set has four matching pieces in the same color: a padded harness, a collar, a leash and a silicone bag holder.
Are poop bags included?
No. The bag holder comes empty, without a roll of bags. You can add refill rolls to your order, and when you buy 2 or more sets you get 1 roll free.
What is it made of?
The harness has a padded body panel with nylon webbing straps, plastic quick-release buckles and two D-rings for the leash. The collar and leash have a smooth coated finish with metal buckle and clip. The bag holder is silicone.
How do I clean it?
We recommend wiping the collar and leash with a damp cloth. Hand wash the harness in cool water with mild soap and let it air dry. Do not put it in the dryer.
How many colors are there?
10: gray, brown, green, blue, navy, black, purple, yellow, pink and red.
Can I buy several sets in different colors?
Yes. When you choose 2 or 3 sets, you can pick a different color and size for each set.
Is it safe to leave on my dog all day?
We recommend taking the harness off when your dog is home and unsupervised, so it can't catch on anything. Check the fit regularly, especially for growing puppies.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery then takes 10–20 business days, about 12–25 business days in total from the day you order. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Why did my tracking number change?
Parcels usually travel first under an international tracking number and are then handed to a local carrier (for example USPS in the US), which issues its own number for the last leg. This is normal. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to start updating.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number. After that the order may already be in preparation.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. You don't need to send the damaged item back.
